REPOTMNF- B報告基因主要應(yīng)用于NF- B信號通路的研究和基于NF- B信號通路的藥物研究以及癌細胞中NF-KB的調(diào)控機制的研究。pGMNF- B-Lu是吉滿生物改造后的哺乳動物真核表達載體，在其多克隆位點插入了多個NF B結(jié)合位點，可以高靈敏度地檢測NF B的激活水平。同時，對載體中預測出的其它轉(zhuǎn)錄因子以外的結(jié)合位點進行了適當?shù)耐蛔?，增加了質(zhì)粒的轉(zhuǎn)錄因子結(jié)合特異性。另外，由于質(zhì)粒體積減小，使得NF B報告基因質(zhì)粒更易于轉(zhuǎn)染。 質(zhì)粒圖譜： 質(zhì)粒元件信息：
