  經(jīng)過該豬糞處理機(jī)脫水處理后的豬糞含水率低，含水率僅為50%-65%，外觀呈蓬松裝，無粘性，臭味降低，手?jǐn)D不出水、撒手不成團(tuán)。處理后的干豬糞可以直接裝袋或裝著銷售也可以進(jìn)行發(fā)酵生產(chǎn)有機(jī)肥。

  豬糞處理機(jī)主要分為ZK-2型跟ZK-3型兩種?！爸袆P”牌豬糞干濕分離機(jī)是廣泛用于畜禽糞便(雞糞、鴨糞、兔糞、豬糞、豬糞等等動物糞便)的干濕分離脫水的處理。

  首先由配套的無堵塞液下泵將豬糞水提升送至豬糞固液分離機(jī)內(nèi)，再由絞龍將豬糞水逐漸推向機(jī)器的前方，同時(shí)不斷提高機(jī)器前緣的壓力，迫使物料中的水分在邊壓帶濾的作用下擠出網(wǎng)篩，流出排水管。豬糞干濕分離機(jī)的工作是連續(xù)進(jìn)行的，其豬糞水不斷的提升至豬糞固液分離機(jī)體內(nèi)，前緣的壓力不斷增大，當(dāng)大到一定程度時(shí)， 就將出料口頂開并擠出擠壓口，達(dá)到擠壓出料的目的。

  豬糞處理機(jī)自動化水平高、操作簡單、易維修、日處理量大、動力消耗低、適合連續(xù)作業(yè)。設(shè)備重量半噸左右且外形尺寸較小，能大幅度提高雞糞、豬糞、豬糞等等畜禽糞便脫水處理的效率。該干濕分離機(jī)主要由：濾網(wǎng)、螺旋絞龍、螺旋葉片均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)304不銹鋼跟合金經(jīng)過特殊的工藝制造而成，具有很好的耐腐耐磨等等特點(diǎn)，是其他同類產(chǎn)品使用壽命2-3倍。
