Spleen cells were fused with P3X63Ag8 myeloma cells.
The antibody reacts with monomorphic determinants on HLA A,B,C molecules.
The antibody is cytotoxic.

It does not react with rabbit cells.
Tested and found negative for ectromelia virus （mousepox）.Propagation:ATCC complete growth medium: The base medium for this cell line is ATCC-formulated Dulbecco s Modified Eagle s Medium, Catalog No. 30-2002.
