BD P800 is especially suited as the blood collection tube of choice for assays that require quantitation and measurement of the Glucagon-Like Peptide 1 (GLP-1), Glucose-Dependent Insulinotropic Polypeptide (GIP), Glucagon, and Ghrelin. P800 contains a preprietary cocktail of protease, esterase, and DPP-IV inhibitors which provides immediate protection of bioactive peptides from degradation in plasma.
