yin羊藿中黃酮類化合物的化學(xué)和生物活性研究
yin羊藿含有豐富的黃酮類化學(xué)成分,yin羊藿黃酮大都含有異戊烯基結(jié)構(gòu)片段而引起生物學(xué)家的重視。本司研發(fā)部對(duì)中藥yin羊藿中的特征性成分yin羊藿黃酮進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的天然產(chǎn)物化學(xué)和生物學(xué)研究,從中分離得到20個(gè)黃酮類成分,其中包含4個(gè)新的yin羊藿黃酮,分別命名為3 -Hydroxyl epimedoside A, Neo-sagittasine A, Dihydrofuran-baohuoside I和Furan-baohuoside I;16個(gè)已知yin羊藿黃酮分別為icariin, epimedin A1, epimedin A, epimedin B, epimedin C, epimedoside A, diphylloside C, epimedoside E, icariside II, diphylloside B, icariside I, luteolin, icaritin-3-O- -L-rhamnoside, kaempferol-3-O- -L-rhamnoside, caohuoside C和kaempferol-3-O-(2- -D-glucopyran osyl)- -L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O- -L-rhamnopyranoside。生物活性測(cè)試結(jié)果表明yin羊藿中的大部分黃酮類成分具有一定的促進(jìn)雌激素生物合成的作用。該研究結(jié)果發(fā)表在國際期刊Scientific Reports上,文章如下:
