人戊糖素（Pentosidine）Elisa試劑盒工作原理：
EILSA主要是基于抗原或抗體能吸附至固相載體的表面并保持其免疫活性，人戊糖素（Pentosidine）抗原或抗體與酶形成的酶結(jié)合物仍保持其免疫活性和酶催化活性的基本原理。人戊糖素（Pentosidine）在測定時(shí)，把受檢標(biāo)本（測定其中的抗體或抗原）和酶標(biāo)抗原或抗體按不同的步驟與固相載體表面的抗原或抗體起反應(yīng)，用洗滌的方法使固相載體上形成的抗原抗體復(fù)合物與其它物質(zhì)分開，人戊糖素（Pentosidine）zui后結(jié)合在固相載體上的酶量與標(biāo)本中受檢物質(zhì)的量有一定的比例，加入酶反應(yīng)的底物后，底物被酶催化變?yōu)橛猩a(chǎn)物，產(chǎn)物的量與標(biāo)本中受檢物質(zhì)的量直接相關(guān)，人戊糖素（Pentosidine）根據(jù)顏色反應(yīng)的深淺進(jìn)行定性或定量分析。
