Biochem/physiol Actions

強(qiáng)效的鉑基抗腫瘤劑。與 DNA 二核苷酸 d(pGpG) 形成細(xì)胞毒性加合物，誘導(dǎo)鏈內(nèi)交聯(lián)。

Potent chemoimmunotherapeutic drug; stimulates the immune responses by activating macrophages and other cells of the immune system. Cisplatin-treated macrophages show increased antigen presentation function in vitro. Treatment increased cellular NF- B content and translocation in macrophages. Cisplatin effects are regulated by kinases, phosphatases, and Ca2+/calmodulin. Forms cytotoxic adducts with the DNA dinucleotide d(pGpG), inducing intrastrand crosslinks.
