Background：
AVPR2 is a receptor for arginine vasopressin. The activity of this receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate adenylate cyclase. AVPR2 is expressed in the kidney tubule, predominantly in the distal convoluted tubule and collecting ducts. The AVPR2 receptor is also expressed outside the kidney although its tissue localization is uncertain.

精氨酸加壓素受體2抗體實(shí)驗(yàn)原理 性質(zhì)檢測(cè)：
對(duì)制備的McAb進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的鑒定是十分必要的。應(yīng)對(duì)其做如下方面的鑒定:
抗體特異性的鑒定：除用免疫原(抗原)進(jìn)行抗體的檢測(cè)外，還應(yīng)用與其抗原成分相關(guān)的其它抗原進(jìn)行交叉試驗(yàn)，方法可用ELISA、IFA法。
例如：
①制備抗黑色素瘤細(xì)胞的McAb，除用黑色素瘤細(xì)胞反應(yīng)外，還應(yīng)用其它臟器的腫瘤細(xì)胞和正常細(xì)胞進(jìn)行交叉反應(yīng)，以便挑選腫瘤特異性或腫瘤相關(guān)抗原的單克隆抗體。
②制備抗重組的細(xì)胞因子的單克隆抗體，應(yīng)首先考慮是否與表達(dá)菌株的蛋白有交叉反應(yīng)，其次是與其它細(xì)胞因子間有無(wú)交叉。
