    超順磁性四氧化三鐵顆粒(USPIO/SPIO)造影劑,其作用機(jī)理是降低T1、T2弛豫時(shí)間,主要是用于磁共振成像的各種醫(yī)學(xué)應(yīng)用,特別是對(duì)體內(nèi)網(wǎng)狀內(nèi)皮系統(tǒng)有特異性,能用于肝臟,淋巴,骨髓等器官的增強(qiáng)顯影。

優(yōu)點(diǎn):

雙功能造影,可做T1 和T2 加權(quán)成像

血液半衰期長,可達(dá)30min以上

網(wǎng)狀內(nèi)皮系統(tǒng)特異性
